Your order is very important to us and every effort will be made to ensure your goods arrive with you in a timely manner. Please see below for a list of delivery charges:

• UK Standard Delivery is a Flat Rate Cost of £1.95 per order. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days except during busy periods when delivery may be longer. 
• UK Express Delivery is a Flat Rate Cost of £8.95 per order. Delivery usually takes between 1-2 working days except during busy periods when delivery may be longer. 
• European Standard Delivery is a Flat Rate Cost of £14.95 per order. Delivery usually takes between 2-4 working days except during busy periods when delivery may be longer. 
• International Standard Delivery is a Flat Rate Cost of £19.95 per order. Delivery usually takes between 7-10 working days except during busy periods when delivery may be longer. 

Please consider your delivery address provided as a signature will be required upon delivery. In the event you are not present to sign or your delivery the courier will leave a calling card. Please liaise directly with the courier to assist a smooth re-delivery.

In the event a re-delivery is unsuccessful the goods will be returned to Atom Label and a repeat delivery charge will be required in order to re-despatch your order. 

 

International Customs and Imports

We ship all orders outside of the UK & Europe DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value added Tax.)

Customers outside of the UK will be liable for their own countries VAT and any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, products restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order. In the event these costs as detailed above are not paid and this results in the goods being returned to Atom Label these costs will be deducted from any refunds to be processed.

You can return or exchange your unwanted items within 14 days of receipt of your order.

• They must be in original condition unworn and unwashed
• Tags & security ribbon attached
• In the original packaging
• Sale items can be returned

 

Are there any charges for return?

• Returns via Royal Mail are charged at £4.95
• Exchanges via Royal Mail are charged at £1.95 (exchange orders are despatched immediately, saving you time.)
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• International returns must be clearly marked as *RETURN* as Atom Label will not be liable for any duties charged if this is not clearly marked and clearly visible on the package.

 

How soon will I get my refund or exchange item?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
• Exchange items are despatched immediately, saving you time.

 

Damages and issues

• Returns will not be accepted if there are signs of wear, washing, make-up, odour, deodorant, perfume or tanning products. Therefore, please take care when trying items on.
• Embellished items may lose crystals/detail/studs, and this is the nature of the item and not deemed as faulty
• Leather items may fade over time and appear distressed or worn this is the nature of the item and not deemed to be faulty
• Silk items may vary due to the natural fabric and is not deemed to be faulty

Atom Label is not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. Atom Label aims to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item(s) is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the goods will be returned to you immediately.
