How much & how long is delivery?

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an automated shipping email notification with tracking number on. Simply use this number to track the status of your order.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we offer exchanges for £1.95. You can exchange for the same product in a different size, or a different style altogether.

What is the returns period?

Our returns period is 14 days from the date you receive your order. More details can be found here

I have submitted a return request but I have not received an email?

Please check your junk/spam folder for the returns email as it comes direct from Royal Mail.

I am trying to submit a return request but nothing happens?

Please try to submit the request on a PC or laptop not a tablet, and enter just numbers from your order number, no special characters.

How much does it cost to return an order?

We offer a returns service via Royal Mail, and the cost is £4.95. More details can be found here

What length do you recommend?

We offer length advice and a size chart here.

Please note we measure from waist to hem as our garments have a dropped crotch.

How do I order a pre-order item?

At selected times we offer a pre-order option, you can add to basket and checkout as normal. Payment is taken at point of ordering and your week commencing date for despatch will be detailed on the basket screen. We cannot ship any items prior to the ship date on pre-order items.

Can I return a pre-order item?

Pre-order items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Do you sell wholesale?

Why has my order been returned to Atom Label?

In the event 2-3 attempts are made to deliver your parcel, the courier will action a return to sender. Upon receipt your parcel will be processed as a return and the cost of the garment less delivery will be refunded. 

Do you re-stock products?

Products in our "Favourites" category are re-stocked throughout the season. In the event your size is not in stock, we recommend entering your email and phone number into the "Notify when back in stock" on the product page.

What sizes do you offer?

At present we offer sizes from XS/UK8 to XXL/UK18 online, selected styles are offered up to size 4XL/UK22.

Do you offer first time order discounts?

We don't offer first time order discounts, but we do encourage signing up to our email newsletter to be the first to know about promotions & sale periods.

Black Friday

We want all of our customers to know that they can confidently buy their Atom Label garment from us and know that someone has not bought it cheaper the day before therefore we do not participate in Black Friday.

We do not play games with prices, including discount codes and newsletter sign up discounts. This ensures we offer fair prices to all our customers. 

We do recommend that you sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when our regular seasonal sales take place.
